How do I track my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

To track your order

1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation we sent when your order was dispatched.
2. Click the tracking link in that email to see the latest status.
3. You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your order number.

Common tracking statuses

• Label created — Your order has been packed and is waiting for carrier pickup.
• In transit — Your package is on its way.
• Out for delivery — Your package will arrive today.
• Delivered — Your package has been delivered to the address on file.

Haven't received a tracking email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the tracking details.
