We want you to be happy with your Bee Gear purchase. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know about returns.

Return eligibility

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items and consumable products (honey, tea, cookies) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund details

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product).

Exchanges

Need a different size for your Protective Suit, Jacket, or Gloves? We're happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability. The same 30-day window applies.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
